How fast will I get a reply?

Pre-sales and general inquiries typically get a response within one
business day. Technical support for existing customers usually receives a
first response within a few hours on weekdays. Complex issues requiring log
analysis or broker-side debugging may take longer.

What information should I include when contacting support?

For the fastest resolution, include: the product name and version
(e.g., “SharpTrader Pro 5.12”), your license key or order ID, a clear
description of the issue, relevant screenshots or log files, and the broker
or exchange you are connected to.

Is BJF Trading Group a broker?

No. BJF Trading Group Inc. is a software company. We develop and license
algorithmic trading tools — we are not a broker, financial institution, or
investment advisor. We do not execute trades, manage client accounts, or
handle client funds.

Where is BJF Trading Group located?
