This Privacy Policy explains how the Crypto Arbitrage Monitor mobile application (the “App”) by BJF Trading Group Inc. (2202934 Ontario Inc.) (“BJF”, “we”) handles information.

Summary

Information stored on your device

Your settings (language, theme, selected exchanges, filters and excluded coins), your acceptance of the Terms, and the opportunity history are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Connections to exchanges

To show prices, the App connects directly from your device to the public market-data interfaces of the exchanges you enable (for example Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin, MEXC, HTX, Gate.io, Kraken, Bitfinex, Crypto.com, Poloniex and BingX). These requests do not contain personal information. However, as with any internet connection, each exchange receives technical data such as your IP address and device network information and processes it under its own privacy policy. BJF does not control and is not responsible for how exchanges process this data.

Links and sharing

When you open a link in the App, it opens in your browser, and the website you visit (including BJF websites) applies its own privacy policy. When you export history as a CSV file, the file is created on your device and shared only with the app or person you choose.

App stores and the operating system

Apple, Google and your device manufacturer may collect information such as downloads, crash reports and diagnostics under their own policies, depending on your device settings. We may receive aggregated, non-identifying statistics from the app stores (for example, the number of installations).

Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process information about children.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we generally hold no personal information about you to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).

Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available in the App (Settings → Legal) and at https://bjftradinggroup.com/crypto-arbitrage-monitor-app/privacy/.
