This Agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the BJF Trading Group Inc. Affiliate Program. The terms “Affiliate,” “you,” and “your” refer to you, the person applying to participate in our Affiliate Program. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to BJF Trading Group Inc.
2.1. To begin enrollment, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application. Your application will be reviewed, and we will notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
2.2. We may reject your application at our discretion for any reason.
You will be given a unique Affiliate URL once you become an approved member of the BJF Trading Group Inc Affiliate Program, which will be unique to you and you only and will allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals.
Affiliates will receive [Percentage] of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded Affiliate links (unless noted otherwise for a particular product).
5.1. Payment is made once per month for the previous month’s earnings.
5.2. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been completed.
5.3. Affiliates will receive a commission on sales as outlined in, but only when a customer makes a second purchase through their unique Affiliate link.
5.4. Commission for each eligible purchase by a customer will be credited to the Affiliate’s account 45 days after the purchase, subject to the customer’s continued engagement and no cancellation or refund.
6.1. The term of this Agreement will begin after we accept your Affiliate application and end when it’s terminated by either party.
6.2. You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and our sole discretion. Modifications may include but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
BJF Trading Group Inc. will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages from this Program.
By submitting the Affiliate Program application, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and BJF Trading Group Inc. You are free to work with similar affiliate program providers in any category. This agreement does not restrict BJF Trading Group Inc. from working with any individual or company it chooses.
You grant BJF Trading Group Inc. a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use and display any trademarks, service marks, or logos associated with your brand for the Affiliate Program. This right ceases upon the termination of this Agreement.
12.1. BJF Trading Group Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in its services and any related intellectual property, including the software, modifications, enhancements, and improvements thereof.
12.2. You agree not to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the software owned by BJF Trading Group Inc.
