(2202934 Ontario Inc.) (\u201cBJF\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d) handles information.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<div class=\"bjf-key\">\n<p><strong>We do not collect, store or sell any personal information through the App.<\/strong> The App has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Information stored on your device<\/h2>\n<p>Your settings (language, theme, selected exchanges, filters and excluded coins) and your acceptance of the Terms are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.<\/p>\n<h2>Connections to exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>To show funding rates and prices, the App connects directly from your device to the public market-data interfaces of the exchanges you enable (for example Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Gate, MEXC, KuCoin, BingX and Hyperliquid). These requests do not contain personal information. However, as with any internet connection, each exchange receives technical data such as your IP address and device network information and processes it under its own privacy policy. BJF does not control and is not responsible for how exchanges process this data.<\/p>\n<h2>Links and sharing<\/h2>\n<p>When you open a link in the App, it opens in your browser, and the website you visit (including BJF websites) applies its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h2>App stores and the operating system<\/h2>\n<p>Apple, Google and your device manufacturer may collect information such as downloads, crash reports and diagnostics under their own policies, depending on your device settings. We may receive aggregated, non-identifying statistics from the app stores (for example, the number of installations).<\/p>\n<h2>Children<\/h2>\n<p>The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process information about children.<\/p>\n<h2>Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we generally hold no personal information about you to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).<\/p>\n<h2>Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may update this Policy.
