Trading is risky. Read this page before you buy.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies and CFDs carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage works in both directions: it magnifies gains and it magnifies losses, and depending on your broker and your instrument you may lose more than the amount you deposited.<\/p>\n Before you trade, consider your investment objectives, your level of experience and your appetite for risk. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.<\/strong><\/p>\n Any historical result, backtest, screenshot or example you see anywhere \u2014 on our site, in our documentation, or from a third party \u2014 describes what happened in the past under particular conditions. Finding one is not the same as capturing it.<\/p>\n We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of information the software presents.<\/p>\n You are solely responsible for confirming that your broker permits the strategies our software employs.<\/strong> Brokers apply very different policies to arbitrage, high-frequency, news-based and latency-sensitive trading. Read your broker’s terms before you start.<\/p>\n Failure to comply with them can lead to requoting, execution restrictions, profit reversal, account suspension or account closure. BJF is not liable for any action a broker takes against you, or for any loss arising from non-compliance with a broker’s policies<\/strong>, and that is not a fault in the software.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to our software, to activation servers, or to any third-party feed or service the software depends on. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as set out in Section 11 of the End User License Agreement.<\/p>\n You are an independent, self-directed trader. You alone decide whether a strategy suits you, which settings to use, and when to trade. We cannot and do not advise on the nature, risk or suitability of any trade, transaction, instrument or strategy, and no fiduciary relationship arises between us because you bought software from us.<\/p>\n We do not accept customers resident in, or purchasing from, certain jurisdictions.
